Submission Process#

Each funding agency has different submission portals and requirements.

Ensure you:

  • Create an account on the required submission portal (e.g., ResearchNet, EGrAMS)

  • Format the application according to guidelines (PDF, Word, online forms)

  • IMPORTANT -Check for word limits, font, and spacing requirements

  • Validate the submission using any built-in tools provided by the portal

  • Ensure all attachments are correctly labeled and uploaded in the correct sections

  • Confirm that all required fields are completed and sections marked as "complete"

  • Print or save a copy of the submission confirmation/receipt for your records. Add it to the bhklab manage drive folder

  • If the system allows, generate and download a compiled copy of the full application as submitted
