- SR's can be read by MIT index, but it looks like at least the CCC HNSCC ones don't have a ReferenceSeriesUID

sr_testing.pyscript, there is a ReferencedSOPInstanceUID, which means we can determine the slice, just gotta figure out in what CT

- Trying to use imgtools SR reader to extract metadata
