Meetings#
Here’s an overview of mandatory meetings to attend. See lab calendar for locations as this might vary as per room availability. Please check with your supervisor/mentor about additional meetings where you are required to join.

The following meetings are specific to disciplines in the lab and are mandatory for only members of that discipline. Other lab members are welcome to attend these meetings.

1-1 Meetings with Benjamin#
Starting March 2026, 1-1 meeting slots with Benjamin are available on a first come first serve basis.
In the BHKLab Calendar, slots will be labeled as '1-1 BHKLAB meeting slot #'.
To book your meeting with Ben:
- Edit your preferred slot, making sure it is not booked by anyone else.
- Change the event title to
your name/BHK. - Click Save. In the "Edit recurring event" popup, select
This event. Do not save the slot as a recurring meeting, as these slots are rolling.
Pharmacogenomics Meeting (Deprecated)#
Starting March 2026, the lab has moved to project-specific meetings considering the stand-alone nature of PGx projects. Group PGx meetings will no longer happen.
