A data.frame containing a subset of cell lines and RNA-seq data from the Genomics of Drug Sensitivity in Cancer (GDSC) dataset.

This is a subset of the GDSC RNA-seq data dataset from Iorio et al. 2016 containing RNA-Seq expression values for a random selection of cell lines.
